SAF they usually play well only till the semifinals after that they always had a problem
so rachael if everything goes by stats then we don't require a world cup we can just give the cup based on rankings and stats
on its day even a dog can scare a lion so plz don't blindly support one team based on their stats and ranking its on day performance
saf already had pretty poor warm up matches against weaker pakistan and minnow bermuda okay(so only stats no use)
i think its going to be between india ,pakistan and newzealand(i might sound freak to mention these 3 underdog teams as my favt to win the cup but i am very sure one of this will lift the cup this time)

Since when did India get to be "underdogs"? Or the other two for that matter?

Very true - IMO there are no 'underdogs' amoungst the major Test playing nations this time, I would not be surprised if Sri Lanka won this time round.

no body has consider sri lanka but they have a spinning genius( though action slightly suspect) a destructive opening pair, mr consistant with both the gloves and bat, a thinking captain, a strong batting line up, and the line lenght wivcket taker and the quick unorthadox slinga, its probably the second most rounded side in the competition after the aussies

Sri lanka are my outside bet for the WC.

Questions over his (dodgy) action aside, Murali could well be the bowler of the tournament. I feel that some teams may try and "see him off" and IMO that could be their downfall, because if teams do that he could well bowl 10 overs for 30 odd and take a few wickets.
