| Well this is setting up a great SA-OZ match on the 24th... At least...as was said...both teams will be able to see their progress and if they got their teams right on the 24th. I think it's very useful having this match b4 the final 8. |

| Nice. You have to say though, SA recovered well from that...embarressing start, but one team had the strength, the other didn't. It was a bit like England v San Marino, World Cup Qualifiers 1997 (I can't remember the specific date) But San Marino scored a goal after 17 seconds but England won 7-1. Such a record can and will be repeated. Any world class batter has the ability to put away spinners from places like the netherlands, Canada, Namiba, Ireland, Scotland..etc. Why, Gibbs could do it again against Scotland or Tendulker could do it Versus bangladesh, even Pieterson might be able to do it tommorrow v Canada. But that is all very unlikely. |
