Dilshan's gone, thank goodness. He was beginning to appear even more dangerous than Silva....

Twovery vital wickets at crucial time. Anymore wicket will expose the tail. Lanka have got a very good run rate now. India will have to take wickets to restrict them to 260.

Munaf is bowling bad...going for runs. Any bowler who does not have a slower one should not be bowling at death.

Hmmm, 254 is a competitive score, but I think India can reach it if they keep their heads. There are a few things in their favour.

1. Harbhajan Singh did not bowl well, ending up with no wickets for over 5 runs an over. With luck, Murali might look almost human on this track.

2. I think Maharoof might have presented more problems to the Indian batsmen than the more predictable Dilhara Fernando.

3. So far, teams playing second have found batting easier all over the Caribbean. Hopefully, it might be the same for India.

4. This is QPO Trinidad, where India once set a World Record for chasing down a 400+ total in 1976 in a test against Holding et al. That stood for over 25 years.

5. India have to win, or it is curtains.

That's the theory anyway.
