Bracken finishes a brilliant spell of bowling 6-1-6-0 really strangled the West Indies batting - leaving McGrath to rip out the top order.

Lara and Sarwan need to steady the ship and get a huge partnership together to have any chance at this total - already the required run rate is over 8 per over.

Hogg gets Sarwan and breaks the Lara/Sarwan partnership of 71 - Lara needs someone to stay with him and score at a run a ball for West Indies to get this target.

Lara's partners are quickly dissappearing as McGrath gets his third wicket - DJ Bravo c Ponting b McGrath 9and Ponting has his second catch of the day.

Lara brings up his 50 - well played considering the state of the match.

McGrath is now 1 wicket away of matching Wasim Akram's record of most dismissals in world Cups of 55 wickets.

What odds were offered, at the start of the tournament, of the Aussies winning all their Group Stage matches and then all of their Super Eight matches?

Shock defeats obviously happen with even the best... but Australia winning every game they play, including the semi final and final, seems pretty likely right now.

The Oz strength is that they come back with a vengeance after one or two setbacks and are good at handling pressure. They suddenly seem a head and shoulders better than other sides in this tournament.

I would not say that Australia were in bad form at all they smashed England and New Zealand in the CB series but lost the last two games which was the final, then took a half strength side to New Zealand and were very competitive in two out of the three games. At the moment they look a class above the rest but it is only early in the tournament and anything can happen from here.
