Best and Worst 11 of World Cup Just like to put my thoughts forward on the best and worst players of the WC so far. BEST 11 1. Hayden 2. Smith 3. Ponting 4. Styris 5. Clarke 6. Kallis 7. McCullum 8. Hogg 9. Malinga 10. Bond 11. McGrath I know theirs a couple of players that could easily fit into this team but I think this is a well balanced team. WORST 11 1. Vaughan 2. Gayle 3. Bell 4. Tendulkar 5. Yousuf 6. Flintoff 7. Dhoni 8. Kemp 9. Mahmood 10. Anderson 11.Ntini Not a bad team on paper. Let the debate begin.

Hello, I think the best eleven of the world cup are: 1.Ponting 2.Scott Styris 3.Pulton 4.Hayden 5.Thamim Iqbal 6.Fleming 7.Jayasuriya 8.Gilchrist 9.Mc grath 10.Brad Hogg 11.Bond The worst eleven from the world cup are: 1.Gayle 2.Shewag 3.Sachin 4.Attapattu 5.younis khan 6.Akmal 7.Yousuf 8.Agarkar 9.Harbajan Singh 10.Anderson 11.Dhoni

| You mentioned Attapatu in your worst eleven. He hasn't even got a game and I don't think he will get it in the semi-final or final. He's probably coming to the Caribbean on a holiday!

I like your teams Mozza3, but I too would swap Styris & Kallis' places and go for Bracken instead of McGrath. I like a left arm paceman in the team and the Bond, Malinga and Bracken combo gives the attack variety. Hogg is a good choice for the spinner while Kallis & Styris can share out (or more) the fifth bowling option. IMO Mahmood does not deserve a place even in the 'worst 11' team. He is worse than worst.

I'll make a best 11, however there is no point in making a worst eleven as it might as well be the whole Canadian team. 1. Hayden 2. Smith 3. Ponting 4. Styris 5. Kallis 6. Pietersen 7. Gilchrist 8. Malinga 9. Murali 10. Bond 11. Mcgrath 12. man M. Clarke

Colleymore had worse World Cup than Anderson and Pollock hasn't been very good. Anderson had a couple of nicks and plumb lbws not given.

Do you mean worst as in good players who had bad world cups? If so, then the 1st one seems correct, although I think a lot more indians need to be included, they were shocking. If not, then most of the Scotland, Netherlands, Canada and Zimbabwe team can fill that up. KP hasn't done too bad either, averaging 55. But Hayden, kallis, Ponting, Syris have been superb. Really, England haven't put in the team effort.
