And he goes and hits consecutive sixes to bring up a 46 ball 50, way to go Jamie (I'm even more pleased cause this helps my fantasy side).

After 24 overs NZ are 159-1, England at the same time were 142-0. Interestingly they scored 99 in the last ten overs and didn't acheive a run rate of at the end of an over until the 42nd. So if NZ keep wickets in hand here there's every chance.

I'd like to see Taylor in next as planned but followed by big Jake (hopefully not too closely behind).

McCullum out, stumped brilliantly off Shah's off-spinners. Really shows you the value of having a specialist spinner in the line-up, doesn't it?

Wicket hasnt' stopped the kiwis, partnership is 44 from 39, NZ's about 20 runs ahead of england at same point in their innings.

Drinks are taken at 205-2 off 31. How was 70 off 65, I just hope he doesn't slow as he nears his maiden ODI century.

How has his century, taking jsut 87 balls. That's 40 balls for his second 50. Wow done How, if your not in the test team there'll be big questions asked.

Kiwis are 268/3 so they need 72 from 61. Would be a massive capitulation to lose from here after battiing so well.

It really shows the value of having a specialist keeper in the side too!

So were we cheated out of the win by the 3rd umpire?

Vettori was clearly run out off the last ball of the 48th over when coming back for a 2nd,he was over the line but his bat was in the air you can clearly see the massive distance between bat and shadow which can only appear if the bat is raised.

Great game, well done to England on the fightback at the end when all looked lost.
