IMO a bowler bolwing a Doorsa will occasionaly have to bend him his arm. I am fairly certain that the arm would have to bend in some way to get the ball spinning in that way. I could be wrong. But I am certain that this delivery (whether bowled by Murali, Singh etc) has to have some level of bend.. But that's just my opinon and I have no facts to base it upon, except my own attempts to bowl the ball!! (it also hurts - a lot)

Micheal Holding thinks on the same lines as you, I read a few statements from him in my Urdu paper, he said it was almost impossible to bowl doosra without bening your arm

no i havnt noticed anything with harbajan. i cant tell the difference with murali's doosra either. i cant tell the difference with any bowler! to me every action ive ever seen looks legal to me. i cant tell the difference lol.

just because no concern was expressed publicaly, does not mean that that no concern was expressed within imprtant circles.

anyway im just trying to comprehend why things have happened as they have happened. seems odd to me and this must be the only explanation. ie. they have been under review for a while. just not publically

Inzamam said he did not believe his team was being targeted by umpires and match referees and agreed they had an inherent problem. Quick bowlers Shoaib Akhtar and Shabbir Ahmed have also been reported for suspect actions while off-spinner Shoaib Malik has been banned from bowling after being found to illegally flex his elbow by human movement experts at the University of Western Australia in Perth last month.
Is there really that big a problem with suspect actions in Pakistan?

Well how do you define a throwing problem that is the crux of the issue. Whether it's inherent or not isn't really the key issue especially as two of the bowlers reported have been non-Pakistanis.. Is it 5% or 15%? How do umpires decide what is 5% and what is 15%?

I'm asking because most of us who watch these matches have never noticed much wrong until these bowlers have been reported recently.
