sachin
laxman
ganguly
dinesh kartik
irfan
zaheer
balaji(keeping in mind the nature of mohali track)
harbhajan.

and also there is news that 9000 visa forms have been distributed on the first day for the paki fans so we will be having a lot of green flags for sure there..

Kaneria gets 'good omen' for Indian tour

Just wanted to drop in a quick message to share some good news with everyone, Danish Kaneria is now a father for the very first time, he was the only player to not report for the national training sessions at Gadaffi Stadium yesterday as he was understandably with his wife, Dharmeta, to attend the birth of their little girl. He said she looked like her. And that is was a good omen for the series against India. More on that story here.

Latest news from our tour is that today we arrived in Dharamshala, but rain hampered our preparation. And rather dissapointingly more is forcasted for the future as well.

Our match against the Board President's XI is scheduled to begin on March 3rd.

The games most fierce rivals are Pakistan and India, unquestionably. Why no longer a five test series???

The last five Test series between India and Pakistan was the epic encounter of 1986; all series since than have been short, maybe to make way for the surfeit of meaningless ODIs! A shame really....

Why not a five test series? May be cause I didn't make the schedule.

Its ridiculous. We can play 6 (YEAH, NOT 1 OR TWO, but a complete set of 6 one-day internationals) and not even 4 let alone 5 or 6 tests. 3 is simply not enough given the talent on each side. Last time India beat us by an innings and plenty in the first test, then went on to lose the next one almost by an innings themselves, and the third test we went on to lose by an innings again, who knows what could have happened had there been a 4 and a 5th test as well...I hope people don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to descredit India's win, just saying that 3 tests simply aren't enough.

i agree it should be 5 like ashes....and just wondering why we were given te practice match in dharamshala when the weather forecast was not good for the entire week..maybe another negative approach by the indian board to leave our team without proper practice before the first test match
