| Surely "steals" is a bit strong. I doubt Wasim works for nothing. "Buys" is the word you are looking for.

| I am afraid this analysis is completely erroneous and flawed. Is Pakistan "stealing" England's talent by employing Woolmer? Are India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the West Indies stealing Australian talent by employing Chappell, Whatmore and the rest? Good cricketers have always been keen to share their knowledge and experience with youngsters, regardless of nationality, and that is the way it should be. This 'knowledge transfer' happens all the time informally and gratis, over a drink or dinner - for instance, Harbhajan Singh was keen to share some tips with Pakistan's Arshad Khan in the recent series; Arshad obviously used these well, getting the key wicket of Dravid on the last day of the Bangalore Test with an orthodox off-spinner. Similarly, Dravid himself had sessions with Pakistan's Asim Kamal, and has repeatedly said that he is very impressed with the youngster's temperament and concentration on the crease. In other cases, this coaching or training is formalised and properly remunerated, eg the various international coaches going around these days. This is exactly the way it should be, especially in the India-Pakistan context. We need measures to restore normality to that part of the world, not create further tensions and exacerbate conflict. As an aside, even outside the cricketing arena, its very parochial to erect 'borders' around knowledge, and more or less impossibly anyway, in the digitial age that we live in.

| uham man in which world do you live in?! Teachers have no nationality. When Wasim gives tips to Irfan, Dravid to Kamal and Saqlain to Bhajji and then Bhajji to Arshad, trivial issues like nationality dont make sense. 'Stealing' is a very hard word to use. i dont know where you got this idea from...If Mohd. Khalil and Sami need some advice I'm sure Wasim would be most eager and glad to help..
