Not sure about that. To be a candidate to lead the side, you need to stem your place in the side first. And Razzaq could still do with silencing all his crticis in that respect before he can dream of leading the side

When ever I see A. Razzaq, i get a feeling that he is far more better than Flintoff, there are many reasons for that, despite his young age , he has a lot of experience. He can be a lot better than Flintoff, if he is given the confidence that he is the best all rounder (just to boost him up) he needs encouragement and confidence from the team and management

Abdul Razzaq is a good cricketer who has alot of potential. At the moment he is not showing his true potentail but will come good in the future when he is coached properly and has good experiance. At the moment he is 24 (well according to reports but thats a different story). His bowling is not all that great and will need to learn how to ball swing and seam if he is going to trouble the best of batsmen with is gentle pace. His batting will also need to improve, he is a good ODI batsmen down the order but he will need to learn shot selection and placement like Andrew Flintoff has done. I would say he probably will peak in 3-4 years time.
