If you read the whole sentence then you would understand. I am saying that Michael Vaughan is one of the worst ODI batsmen on the planet and should not play in the shorter format, he should retire and concentrate on test cricket where he is a quality batsmen. The reason i mentioned Irfan Pathan was that i believe Pathan can score more runs that Vaughan would, i think my comment was justified when he recently smashed 83 from 70 balls batting at no.3 for India, the qiality of attack was also very good because he was facing Vaas and Murali on a turning track.

a great series for sure!!

england in pakistan ...im sure is gonna be a great series...well...i think it would be a close contest in both versions of the game..but i guess england would come on top. the only factor which would influence me on thinking otherwise would be bob woolmer. not "shahid afridi"....for heavensake the guy cant shoulder any damn responsibility while batting....i think he could be used as a bowler instead...his quick legbreaks have done the trick for pakistan on many occasions....im gonna be trying to figure out y they got mushtaq back in the squad...im sure naved would be their key bowler this series...he did great against india..!! i also saw a lot of persistence in akmal and kamal ...!!

if anything has to go wrong for england it should be their batting line up.. 39/6 against a mediocre patrons XI......not happening mate...their key to winning the ashes..a lot of passion...and playing together as a unit....and if that remains, there should be no stopping england!!

lets see what happens against a full strength 'A' team, who are coming off a great series against Australia.
