I'm going to end up with a quite ridiculous situation here as it seems quite possible that I'll end up with Plunkett as an all-rounder and Flintoff as a bowler!

Hi Rachael, may I suggest you use my system for submitting players so no players who are in the selected squads are left out. Go to the CricInfo site and look at the squads. England have named a ODI squad of 14 players. Pakistan have a squad of 16 players. That's 30 players. You should put all 30 players in the game to provide as many options for the managers as possible. If you do that you should be able to find a 4th all-rounder and keep Plunkett as a bowler. My concern about doing the game this early is that Pakistan haven't named a one-day squad. They may add some players just to play in that series. That's your call though. You can always edit your game to add those extra players and the managers can edit their teams if they wish.

I've just listed those players who are near enough guaranteed to be in the starting XI for each side: naming the others, right now, would be premature. I'm sure even Woolmer will want to see how assorted players do in the Test series (and what injuries occur) before making many more commitments than those I've listed. He has a lot of options!
