I believe that the Pakistan Fielding is very poor than its Opening because opening works good but fielding everytime decieved Pakistan.

Pakistan's fielding was very bad in the last series. One would expect better efforts on the field even from a school team. Dropped catches, over throws, fumbles....everything was there. The loss to India probably was necessary for Pakistan as some weaknesses in this otherwise excellent team have been exposed. When a team keeps winning, the weaknesses go over looked. But now this loss has exposed the weaknesses well before the world cup. So team Pakistan and coach Woolmer have enough time to sort things out.

At this point i think its the inability to keep a level head, they have been in good form recently but cannot withstand too much pressure, specially when in a losing scenerio, they have in their team so many match winning players but get out playing very silly shots. Woolmer needs to sit down and practice some meditation with them, their panic is their undoing!!!!

Opening, it has always been a problem for Pakistan ever since Saeed Anwar left. Now Pakistan have to diside eather you keep Butt and let him play or you bring in Farhat. Pick one BUTT!!!!! all the way he has great talent everyone has off series. But I think Pak will regroup Butt will start to play well and were back in ODI cricket. Also the other oppener for Butt should DEFFINTLY not be Kamran Akmal. I think Shahid Afridi is perfect for the job its a big risk but just watch its worth it..

I think the main thing is that Pakistan lose very early wickets. When teh match is on the line they lose wickets. Myabe its pressure, but thats not always. They need a player that they can realy on INZI and Yousuf you cant trust big players but in the early stage of there innings there foot work isnt that good and LBW's happen and catches. Anthor reson is when they start to make a good partnership all a sudden someone plays a bad shot and then the partnership is done.

i think its more to do with consistency.1 or 2 series all players are in good form. next minute players loose form all together at once.

I think its fielding also.... pakistanis thrive on good morale and good spirit and when our horrible fielding lets us down then the heads start to hang.. review any match we have fielded well in and in 9 out of 10 we would have won it
