Pak vs SL, who wins?

After seducing West Indians, Sri Lankans must be all pumped up, and Pakistan being a potentially the most lethal team in today's cricket, I think its gonna be a good game; however, I would really like to see the effort put in by Younis Khan after he is no longer being a "dummy captain" and hope its not a case of big boast little roast.

Here is my choice of eleven members in paki squad.

Younis Khan

Muhammad Yousuf

Abdul Razzaq

Shahid Afridi

Imran Farhat

Muhammad Hafeez

Kamran Akmal

Shoaib Akhtar

Muhammad Asif

Shoaib Malik

Umar Gul

I will keep the option of switching Umar Gul with Rana Naveed, depending on the wicket. They both got pros and cones, Umar being a good fielder while Rana holds a great bowling record playing in india.

Well after the drug allegations there is no way that Pakistan can win without Asif and Shoaib.

i still think pakistan can win against sri lanka, even without inzamam, akhtar and asif. inzimam n akhatar are going to go soon so pakistan have to learn to play without them. the only setback is Asif who is a quality class bowler. the next mcgrath. pakistan can put in umar gul and rao in as replacements aswell with rana. aybe gul and rao are not in the same class as akhtar and asif but still are good bowlers. oh ye of little faith!!!!

Are you kidding me ll0OoO0ll I want to ask you, you do know that you have Imran Farhat in your lineup, Imran Farhat. I mean now he dosnt deserve to play for team pakistan. Just one of those players that are incostendt.

1.Mohammad Hafeez
2.Kamran Akmal
3.Younis Khan (I do think Shoiab Malik should come here but thats how its gonna be) CPT
4.Shoiab Malik
5.Mohammad Yousuf VICE CPT
6.Faisal Iqbal
7.Shahid Afridi
8.Abdul Razzaq
9.Umar Gul
10.Shoiab Akthar
11.Mohammad Asif

12thman Kaneria/ Rao I think Rao should play on the side a great player deserves it better than GUl
And Pakistan beats Sri Lanka by 74 runs. Younis scores around 80+ and Afridi goes blasitc at the end of the order Pakistan score 279 1st innings than Srilanka bats Sangakara scores 43 and Talienders to rest of damage but fall 74 runs short MY PREDICTION

well, I wont disagree with you when it comes to inconsistency and lack of technique in Imran Farhat's batting, but to pick lesser of the two incapables, I will stick with Imran Farhat rather then Faisal Iqabal. As the match is over and Imran Farhat turns out to be highest scorer from both sides, I am still not impressed by Imran Farhat's lack of temprament and technique, as Damien Fleming put it, " He gets off balance while hitting a big shot and gets frustrated with a couple of dot balls".
Anyway, this victory will boost Pakistan's confidence and I wish them carry it all the way to the finals.

< :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Many Happy Congrats Pakistan !!!! ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::>

ps:In your extremely fantastical prediction, you didnt mention who wins the toss, cuz Pakistan won by wickets and not the runs, so it went all wrong right from the start
