Yes but the first two matches of that 3 test match series in Pakistan were played on featherbeds. It was a road, a pitch easier to bat on then the one in Adelaie at the moment. In fact the most testing time, was in the last test in the morning session when pathan was getting the ball to swing. In that time Yousuf got out first ball to pathan-bowled with a hat-trick!

P.S. Im not putting Yousufs performances down this year, he has done brilliantly and he and Ponting are the best batsmen of the year. Well done to Mohammed Yousuf. But Maranella you must admit that Yousuf does face a test on the boucy wickets of South Africa, he has does well in swinging conditons of England and easier conditions of home, but it will be interesting to see how well he does againt Ntini and Pollock on bouncy pitches. I do think Yousuf will be able to handle it, but it still will be a test for him, you can't deny that.

South Africa series

Seeing how woefully Tendulkar, Sehwag, Laxman and Co have fared in SA, Yousuf doesn't exactly have a mountain to climb to outperform the competition....!

Remembering Kallis' four centuries in four tests against a touring West Indian side a couple of years ago made me look at the results. They are the attack that seems to create record after record after record. Many batsmen have shown they are prolific (even many of the English dross and they kept Hayden's test career going last year) when given the pleasure of welcoming the Caribbean side to their country.

A truly great year for Yousuf, I've always loved watching him play. He's very fortunate to play cricket nowadays (as is Ponting) when so much Test cricket is played to capitalise on a great period of form.

No need to qoute the ovious Maranello, and there is no need to be so argumentive. Everytime somebody has a opionon about Pakistani cricket, you seem to argue and want to change their opinons which matches yours. You need to accept other people's opinons on Pakistani cricket, even if they are not the same as yours.
