The latest is that both Akthar and Asif are out of the team and replaced by Sami and Arafat. Asif's loss in particular will be a big blow to Pakistan; I expected him to do well at the WC. Sami's return is good news though and like Stuart Clark for Australia, I think Sami will do his utmost to prove that he should have been selected in the firstplace. But what about Arafat? Besides having a famous name, is he really good enough to make a difference?

From what I've seen of Arafat he looks a decent ODI bowler.

The PCB have pulled a masterstroke by ruling both out of the world cup. By the time they next get tested the Nandrolone will be out of their system.

I think its disgusting that a young fast bowler can ruin his carrer, the quesition you have got to ask was he under the influence when he played england, and now all his great preformances will be questioned
