How Southafrica help in developing Kenya, Zimbabwe, and other developing countries.

South Africa can help Kenya and Zimbabwe in the following ways.

1. Playing the Kenya and Zimbabwe players in their domestic season and playing the A teams against the counties of South Africa.
2. Playing the national team against Kenya and Zimbabwe in 2 to 3 years say making a cup called Africa Cup and playing a tri series against them. Well some of the senior players of the South Africa can be rested and the new players can be given chance aganist Zimbawe and Kenya and finding talents among the new players.
3. Conducting a camp in South Africa called African camp for 15 to 20 days in a year and inviting some of the Kenya and Zimbabwe players.
4. Building a strong South African Cricket Academy where all the players from different countries are invited to study in the Cricket Academy like from different developing countries.
5. Making different schools like school for wicketkeeper, school for fast bowlers, school for batsman, school for spin bowlers, school for fielding and top players giving tip and coaching lessons.

I'm sure Kenya would allow South Africa to help them but would Zimbabwe? I would like to see Namibia become a cricketing nation.

A good idea, it would be good for countries in Africa that don't have proper education facilities.

There is also a case for having a Pan African Crcket Team, or at least divided in to North Africa and Southern Africa, with possible rotation of stadiu for stageing matches some years down the line.
The USA's strength in sport is a united states, also it would be unthinkable for a seperate England-Scotland-Ireland and Wales, if this isssue came up i think England would have to be called Britain or the UK.

Some good ideas there guys, but some points (entirely my own) on why these will be really difficult to implement:

Political red tape.
Logistical nightmare.
SA's own development of PDP's
Pride
Money, money, money.
I heard yesterday that the UCB is a bit strapped for cash (don't quote me on that!)

And last (but NOT least) incompetent officials, NOT interested in the game, but in their own agenda's. (Well, at least Zim)...
