So far not all that much to be excited about. Some decent bowling prospects though.

Josh Mangan, the 18 year old victorian leg spinner whom Shane Warne rates as a future star, is leading the wicket taking and has now taken 44 wickets over the 3 seasons he has played in the compition. That makes him the first Vic Player to ever do so!

Nothing briliant to talk about on the batting front. Certinly some talent there but they havent really shocked anyones socks off.

Haveing beaten Victoria yesterday, NSW have now won the championsip with 1 round to go.

Just noticed "C White (Eng)" while I was ferreting around the site can anyone explain how he went from the Victorian Under 19 team to the English Test team. I know he is Darren Lehmans brother in law ?

He was born in Ballarat of British parents and I believe went back after two games with Victoria, when a regular spot couldn't be cemented.

Wise decision I could'nt see him cracking into the Aussie team during his carreer span , his brother in law could attest to that.
