I'm sure that one day Cook will play, although he will have to leapfrog Shah, Key and maybe Butch if he gets fully fit again and is batting well.

Smith came in off the back of one or two good seasons....

Cook has a had a good season, but was spotted early as having a huge amount of talent and has scored runs at U19 Cricket. I feel he will playing for England soon, and for many years to come.

The boy is more than just a one season wonder. He is a future England Player and a much better prospect than most of the other players of his age group.
