Carlton Baugh

I've been wondering what should be added to the cricinfo profile of Carlton Baugh. It's out of date... and having taken an interest in him last time England toured the WI I'd be interested in any feedback on his progress since then.

Speaking purely from seeing him in ODI's I have to say he looks extremely tidy behind the stumps, certainly much better than his current profile lets on.

His explosive batting has actually brought some crucial runs, maybe nothing major but, at a decent strike rate for the West Indies late on so certainly doesn't bury his head in the sand when he's under pressure to score.

A decent run in the test side would really show how he has improved since his last test in 2004, there is certainly plenty of potential to work with and he only turns 24 next month.
