with this pitch I dont think it's at all fair if you bat last ( maybe a bit of rain is good for series ) , the pitch looks like its the pitch on the 4th day already , pitty the guys that bat on day 4 and 5

I agree with you Oracle, as the test moves along, that uneven bounce is going to get even more unpredictable.
The team batting on the 5th day should have a tough time. Unfortunately, the rain does not affect the pitch, it is still as dry as a stone. Bourda does a good job in that department. Anyway, the pitch is good for batting if you're willing to stay at the crease and wait to get a feel for the pitch, like Boucher is doing, unlike Smith and Kallis, per se...
