I agree with you Oracle, as the test moves along, that uneven bounce is going to get even more unpredictable.
The team batting on the 5th day should have a tough time. Unfortunately, the rain does not affect the pitch, it is still as dry as a stone. Bourda does a good job in that department. Anyway, the pitch is good for batting if you're willing to stay at the crease and wait to get a feel for the pitch, like Boucher is doing, unlike Smith and Kallis, per se...
