Solution for Zimbabwe Cricket

Well.. I have solution for the Zimbabwe cricket..
First remove all the people in the Zimbabwe board.. and the players who are playing politics..

Reconstruct the Zimbabwe board.. Keep all the good people..and who are good and who have quality.. in the board..

Next.. take some experienced players who had played cricket in test level and ODI level.. to the board.. for eg.. take Pommie, Honda, Ebrahim.. Streak.. Andy flower, and any of the guys who are very good..

Then.. make Zimbabwe play atleast 3 tri series in the next 2 months against.. Scotland, Kenya, Ireland, Netherland.. and other ICC associate countries..There should be a pool of 25 players.. that should be rotated in the 3 tri series........

There should be 10 to 15 ODIs with these associate countries..

And take the best players who perform to Westindies..

Give contract to all the players who perform against the associate countries..

Give huge money.. and big contract deal.. just before the match against Westindies.. or before tour of Westindies..

Well u may ask where money will come.. well if u play 15 ODIs against associate countries.. or tour to associate countries.. surely u will earn lots of money.. form TV.. extra money.. The channels.. like Zee sports dont have any cricket.. Give the cricket rights to Zee sports.. they will be happy to show cricket.. some live cricket..

What do you think all the fightings been about ajit? These people aren't just going to go and the ball-less ICC won't make them. Seriously ajit, look in to the Zimbabwe situation a whole bunch more as you obviously don't know a whole lot about it. Stone Bird, Butchering Lee and myself would love that to happen- but it won't!

Do you even know why Flower left? Because of the political situation and he fears for his life. You think he'll run a cricket board if he comes back now? Streak left to Warwickshire on a Kolpak as the cricketing situation is crap.

We don't have 25 players to choose from...Our 1st XI would fail to beat a pub team. Good theory but nobody wants to play or come to Zimbabwe.

10 to 15! We just got hammered by Kenya, and you expect 15 ODI's against Scotland and Holland? Take the best players to the West Indies, i.e take the 11 (if there are) remaining first class cricketers to the West Indies.

Huge money? We don't have it, at least the players don't or aren't offered it. The board is corrupt. Then you've got to take in to account inflations tax which isn't covered, as inflation is about 250% in Zimbabwe. Give a contract to anyone who wants it.

Mmm, Zee would pay ZC who would have a gathering together...or a holiday. ZC took their 'dignitaries' on a tour of Australia when Zimbabwe were there, got chaffeur driven everywhere, had the finest meals, stayed in a better hotel than their teams and got corporate service at Rugby World Cup.

Sorry ajithlalm, but this theory is one that we all know should happen but won't.

This is a supremly naive post..

I am sure that Zim would love to have have Streak, Flower, Taibu etc.. back in their ranks.. the fact is that it won't happen while Mugabe is still president of Zimbabwe....and certainly while Chingoka and Bvute are in charge.

This situation is far more complicated then your solution potrays it to be...
