Is the qualification still less than 5 tests played? Thanks.
Less than 6 Tests - players with 5 Tests qualify.

This was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Unfortunately, I know absolutely NOTHING about WIndie domestic cricket...so here's my pencilled-in names:

Sewnarine Chattergoon
Shane Jeffers
Sylvester Joseph
Runako Morton
Narsingh Deonarine
Dale Richards
Carlton Baugh (keeper)
Dave Mohammed
Richard Kelly
DJ Sammy
AP Richardson

This is not batting order, but I'd like to keep my 2 openers.

I'd like to have Dwight Washington as opening bowler, but since winning the "most promising bowler" award in 2005, he's dissapeared. Does anyone know what happened to him, please?

Ditto Xavier Marshall...?

*I love those 2 names ..R Kelly and DJ Sammy

After playing 3 matches for West Indies A against Sri Lanka A around June '05 he hasn't played a single competitive match, I assume he's injured (being a fast bowler) but don't quote me on that.

Xavier Marshall played 3 matches this year, averaging just 20.16 from 6 innings for Jamaica.

Here is my XI:

S Chattergoon (42.25)
SM Jeffers (41.85)
DM Richards (40.00)
TM Dowlin (43.37)
N Deonarine (44.87) (OB)
?????????
Carlton Baugh + (23.40)
?????????
R Kelly (34.90) (RA-FM)
D Mohammed (15.22) (SLA)
?????????

The question marks signify places where I could not find a clear cut decision, a mixture of youth and experience in my side. Kelly and Deonarine are all rounders so we can afford the extra specialist bat I feel.

I'll admit I couldn't make a clear-cut decision as to who to choose in some cases, the number of spinners in particular who have done well this season (alright, I know there are only a few games to go on!) makes the selection really difficult.

Any more offerings from anyone? It would be great if we could have a wider range of selectors!

Could all the selectors please PM me with their two key players from their team that they think must be in the WAT final XI. This will help move the selection process along quickly. Once I have two key players from each selector I'll post them in the thread and then we can continue the selection process.
