WAT West Indies A 2005/6

Now that the 2005/6 Carib Beer Cup has been concluded, it seems to be an appropriate time to select a WAT West Indies A team. Given that the competition has so few games (just 5 for some teams), the minimum number of matches to qualify is 2.

Please select your team from the qualifiers list below and post them in this thread.

Thanks,
adamberry (Chairman of Selectors )

I can see at least one problem here. It looks like a lot less first class games are played in West Indian cricket. The most an individual player has played appears to be 7 games. Its very hard to go on statistics when they've been achieved in so few games!! I think I'll need a bit more information to make even a decent stab at an A team selection.

Does anyone have a list of the players who were in the Windies A team that played Zimbabwe?

When was that series?

I have collected the two West Indies A sides that played against England A in the A-Team "Tests" at home earlier this year:

Sorry. That's what I meant. Obviously got confused with the recent WI vs Zim series . Must have thought that the series would have been better if Zim had played WI A. Still doubt that it would have been close though

Just one thing I need to have clarity on, please..

Is the qualification still less than 5 tests played? Thanks.
