To be clear on the issue, above lists are made according to criteria given by admin, and we are going to limit our selection within the listed players.

Exceptional circumstances:

Players who've played less than 5 matches National Cricket League this season can still qualify if their season was interrupted due to international duties with either the Bangladesh A team, ODI or Test team.

Players who've played more than 5 Test matches can still qualify if they are under 30 and haven't played a Test match in at least three years. These players are only selected if they deserve a second chance based on very good domestic form.

Suhrawadi Shuvo look a likely contender progressing well fo a young cricketer and is also still elligble for U/19's (left arm orthodox)
Then again Abdur Razzaq (left arm orthodox) with 41 ODI's and a solitary test against Australia still currently leads him for the spot I think.

Experience wise, Abdur Razzak is far ahead of other young spinners in Bangladesh. He is not a big turner of the ball, most of the time bowls flat and fast, his main strength is variation of line, length, and pace (sometimes he bowls at 65 mph). A very canny bowler.

Interesting with Razzaq that allthough he has been picked in 41 ODI's probably more now with the World Cup, they have only given him 1 shot in the test team.

Some very good choices there, IMO. I still have few objections to your selection:

Raqibul Hasan has recently done very well as a #4 batsman, both for his NCL team Barisal and Bangladesh Academy. So, I think he should be left at that position.

Pakistan Cricket Academy in Bangladesh 2006/07
Sri Lanka Academy in Bangladesh 2006/07

Saqibul and Rasel both are current members of Bangladesh Test squad, although they have not yet played enough matches to disqualify them from A-team selection.

Also, from what I have seen of Reza and Rasel, they are actually medium pacers, not fast-mediums. Mohammad Shahzada can be classified as a medium-fast, I believe.
