ECB Skill Set Programme, Winter 2007

The England and Wales Cricket Board has announced that 54 players have been selected to attend the 2007 Skill Set Programme at the National Cricket Performance Centre in Loughborough.

You missed off Redfern who must have a chance seeing as he was playing county cricket this summer at the age of 17,he may not have produced much performance wise but an average of 30 in 5 games is a start and he will have learnt a lot and now it will be interesting to see how he develops.

He looked like a rabbit in the headlights when I have seen him play in the one day games. I doubt if he will play in the 1st XI next season but he is still very young.
