You missed off Redfern who must have a chance seeing as he was playing county cricket this summer at the age of 17,he may not have produced much performance wise but an average of 30 in 5 games is a start and he will have learnt a lot and now it will be interesting to see how he develops.

He looked like a rabbit in the headlights when I have seen him play in the one day games. I doubt if he will play in the 1st XI next season but he is still very young.

Iles I'd put forward as another bright hope for the future, he's a very good line-and-length bowler who started his first-class career with eight consecutive maidens. I have seen him bowl, and with a bit of fine-tuning could become a top-class medium-quick.
