What would NZ do without Vettori? Surely they'd crumble to even more embarrassing results, by all acounts it was a good batting track too. I don't think I'll be staying up to watch the test series (play starts abotu 9.30pm for us kiwis) it'll be rather one sided.

Still some silver linings for the kiwis, Oram took eight wickets (not bad for a fourth seamer) and Taylor picked up 80 odd to secure fifth in the order.
