For me its Andy Flower, Streak is a great player of course, but with a Test average of over fifty as well as donning the wicketkeeping duties, Andy has to be the number one player in the history of their cricket.

Streak for me over a long period, there leading bowler and a savage batsman. If you asked it two -three years ago Flower was the one, you couldn't get him out.

Streak isnt as good as Flower. He is a world-class bowler, their best batsman (or most reliable if you like) but wouldn't take wickets like Flower would score runs.

I will give it to Streak because maybe Andy Flower may just have been the better player, Streak had to hold the bowling together, so I vote Heath Streak.

Thats the problem with most international outfits. They lack that "star" bowler. England lack it, and are looking to Hoggard the workhorse to do the star duties with Harmison's mind elsewhere.

where has goodwin failed? flower failed in aus on the domestic circuit. streak hasnīt been there but i think heīd have a better showing. anyway of the two streak was better for the team. without streak you could have had two flowers in the team and lost every match.
