Bring back John Ward!

Through the years, I've spent hours perusing at outdated biographies of Zimbabwean cricketers written by John Ward. This man was truly a Zimbabwean cricket saint! These days, he only writes profiles and the odd Logan Cup review.

I want biographies to be rewritten, and John Ward to get his old and bloody good job back! Anyone else miss his insight, which stopped once Cricinfo took over all the countries sites just after the World Cup in 2003.

cricinfo reduced the length of the reports he could make and also hampered any funding available.

Why don't the ZCU have a website though? That has always beaten me, other boards, I actually think every other board, has one. Maybe Ward could write for them?

The link was useless, as it was only directing me to the home page, but anyway, I finally found it by doing an article search. His work is very unbiased. John Ward deserves a knighthood!
