the thing is - it is fairly normal for zimbabweans to debut between 18 and 22...flower (G), campbell, streak, whittal...they all did. it just wasn't a whole team!!! Also there has been vague talk here and there of luring players back (though i think that is more the likes of blignaut, friend,.. and gang who are not really making it BIG anywhere else - cricketwise)...and with flower talking of wanting to score another test century...pommie probly got ahead of himself.

not necessarily, fewer (say 3)ODIs per tour definitely ..-.. but THAT experience is vital, plus they play a few first class games while on tour which they seem to do ok in...also good!! "A" tours would suffice too i guess
