Zimbabwe offer 29 player contracts

Full contracts Prosper Utseya, Chamu Chibhabha, Elton Chigumbura, Terrence Duffin, Anthony Ireland, Hamilton Masakadza, Stuart Matsikenyeri, Tawanda Mupariwa, Edward Rainsford, Brendan Taylor.

Provincial contracts Gary Brent, Eric Chauluka, Tendai Chisoro, Keith Dabengwa, Trevor Garwe, Ryan Higgins, Tinashe Hove, Tafadzwa Kamungozi, Blessing Mahwire, Admire Manyumwa, Timycen Maruma, Tinotenda Mawoyo, Bernard Mlambo, Christopher Mpofu, Tafadzwa Mufambisi, Forster Mutizwa, Waddington Mwayenga, Piet Rinke, Gregory Strydom

where are sibanda (does his contract in OZ rule him out?), panyangara (haven't heard his name in a while), hondo (too soon back from injury maybe but must warrant a contract - maybe 25 is too old as the rounour mill mentioned coaching)....and gary brent (no question on his ability) but how is he back in while others...

...other than that i guess it must be a positive that all contracts have been taken up without to much issue - yet

I thought Sibanda was going to play! Gary Brent good choice...we need some experience. I thought he left ages ago. Obviously, he realised he'd earn his best living on his farm and playing cricket.

I've not heard of most of the black players, and the ones I have heard of I didn't think would ever make it (Hove, Mutizwa, Garwe) but I guess you do the best you can...
